Some of the Public Works department responsibilities include
Road maintenance and repair; road shoulder edging and trimming; snow removal and salting/cindering of roads; road sign repair and installation; storm drains cleaning, repair and maintenance; storm culvert cleaning and maintenance; bridge maintenance and repair; 
equipment maintenance and repair; street sweeping; lawn care on all Township property to include parks; retention pond ground maintenance; vehicle maintenance and repair; Township owned building maintenance; fall leaf pick up; park maintenance; playground equipment repair and replacement; tree trimming in parks and along Township roads.
