The Upper Nazareth Township Zoning Hearing Board is made up of three members and one alternate that help assure fair and equitable application and administration of the zoning ordinance by hearing appeals on the zoning officer’s determinations and by granting relief from the literal enforcement of the ordinance in certain hardship situations.

Meeting Dates & Submission Deadlines
The Zoning Hearing Board meets the last Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the municipal building when/if there is a zoning issue to be discussed.
